With the closures and cancellations being updated what seems like hourly, we wanted to give you our feedback on where we are with seeing our clients in the office.
PLEASE reschedule your in-person appointment if you are sick. The health of everyone is of the most importance to us, including ourselves and our families. If you have visible symptoms such as fever, cough, shortened breath, or excessive sneezing, we may turn you away for your session to protect other clients and staff.
As a precaution, we are wiping down common areas and frequently-touched surfaces around the office at least daily.
We have the ability to schedule HIPAA compliant online appointments. At this time scheduled in-person appointments are still being kept. Each therapist at Renewal is making their own plan for seeing clients. Some have already switched to therapy online only while some will still be seeing clients in person.
In the upcoming weeks we are not sure what will happen so please be watching your email for any changes. You will most likely be discussing this with your therapist to make a plan.
If you would prefer a telesession (video session) you need to complete a tele-health consent. You can request an online form or download a printable version from our Forms page.
Fees will remain the same for tele and/or phone sessions. Insurance will not reimburse for phone sessions - only tele sessions will receive reimbursement from insurance plans if applicable. Most Anthem plans allow for telehealth sessions but please call the number on the back of your card to be certain they will reimburse for this.
