Jennifer’s hope is to provide the tools and processing observation that
empowers clients toward self-awareness, respect, and positive change. Trauma, grief, mood disorders, chemical addiction, addictive behavior, and functional medicine are some of the targeted areas of her research, treatment, and referral collaboration. She practices from a variety of modalities, primarily utilizing faith-based and cognitive behavioral therapy. Her focus is specialized to women and couples, working to understand clients from a systemic, mind-body-spirit-relational perspective. Additionally, Jennifer is an adjunct professor with Indiana Wesleyan University in the School of Integrated Health, Division of Counseling. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys laughing with friends and family, home decor, chicken farming, her two cats and golden retriever, playing board games, reading, crafting, ambient music, jogging, and geopolitical matters (in small doses) She also loves spending time in oceans with clear water, mountains (especially in Utah), and the homes of my extended family.
