Ashton is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and she graduated with her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2024. Before working in private practice, Ashton received her undergraduate degree in Music Therapy from Belmont University in 2021, specializing in hospice and palliative care.
Within therapy, Ashton strives to meet clients where they are at through empathy and authenticity, providing a welcoming therapeutic environment. Her overall goal is to enrich the quality of life among her clients focusing on their growth and the goals they have for themselves. Being adaptable to each client and the needs they are presenting is a strong priority within Ashton’s therapeutic approach. In her free time, Ashton enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, scrapbooking, cooking, and all things music. Specialties
