Telehealth

Video Counseling Sessions
Our Renewal therapists offer Telehealth (video) sessions as an option for their clients. The process is simple and private. We use secure versions of popular programs to make it as easy as we can for you.
Picture
We use a secure (HIPPA compliant) version of popular video services to conduct telehealth sessions. This provides a way access a private session with your counselor using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Check with your counselor to confirm which online program (likely either Zoom or Google Meeting) they use.

In most cases, the process is simple:
  1. Make sure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
  2. Begin your session simply by clicking on the link provided by your counselor. If you have client portal access, this link will appear in your portal 15 minutes prior to the session start time. (You may be prompted to download an  app. If so, accept the download.)
  3. Approve access to your device's mic and camera when prompted to do so.

Check with your counselor for more information.
