A lifelong Indiana resident, Sarah obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University School of Social Work in 2017. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping children and their families navigate through mental health challenges, situational stress, crisis, and grief.
Sarah also enjoys working with children with special health care needs and their families and believes that parents of children with unique health challenges are real-life superheroes. Sarah works hard to create a safe, fun, and collaborative space for her clients to learn, heal, grow. She enjoys utilizing play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other therapeutic modalities to create a unique treatment plan for each child. Sarah also works with individual adults. Outside of Renewal Counseling, Sarah is employed as a social worker at Riley Hospital for Children. She has two children and enjoys spending as much time with them as possible.
